PA Welcome Roamer Service has been successfully delivered to MCCI network in May 2010.
This service enables the operator to send suitable text messages to inbound subscribers from foreign networks to MCCI network and outbound subscribers.
Rule-based architecture of this system provides the operator with flexibility and a variety of choices for sending SMS according to subscriber's status. On the other hand, the traffic reports generated by this system would be a great help to roaming quality improvement plans and enables the operator to achieve satisfaction of inbound/outbound users through reliable and manageable operations.
