Peykasa's training department mission is to meet subscriber's needs, to introduce products and new technologies and  to improve personnel's knowledge base. it follows as below:

Preparing required technical documents for the personnel
Preparing technical documents committed to customer delivery
Preparing self_study handouts for the personnel to become familiar with the developed products
Preparing user guide for system maintenance and fault and failure resolution

Main strategy of training department is to develop technical content for training and follows as below:

Preparing adequate amount of data and content
Clustering the data based on its content, application and data level
Defining shortcomings and planning to resolve
editing the content of the documents
Editing the appearance of the document
Developing descriptions for each document to control its being updated and accordance to the latest version of the systems
Maintaining the documents in paper and electronic format in specified repositories
